Description

The Gear Oil Bucket Pump has a manual pumping mechanism with a semi-rotary action. The handle is turned in a clockwise direction. This lifts the piston to its highest point in approximately 4 turns. The handle is then turned in an anti-clockwise direction. This draws the piston down. This cycle is repeated. At the top of the pump you will see an adjustable screw. This can be adjusted to deliver a determined amount of product.

All parts that are subject to wear and tear are treated to improve longevity in operation. Components exposed to the elements are also treated to prevent corrosion. Its rugged, maintenance free construction makes for a cost effective product.

The complete pump is sold on either a plastic or a metal 20 litre container. It comes with 1.5m of hose and a bent nozzle tip spout. Hose length can be supplied as required. A miniature cart for ease of portability can be supplied if required.
